THE HEATING BODY

THE BURNER

THE ELECTRONIC CARD
This is the real nerve center of your boiler. The electronic card, sometimes called the printed circuit, is made up of fuses, resistors, and transformers which will ensure the transmission of data to all parts
of the boiler. The electronic card connects all the elements and connects them through a current transmission system, a bit like a computer. The more recent your condensing boiler, the more the electronic card plays an important role in it. Thanks to it, the most advanced models allow the user to control the heating parameters with greater precision. In return, it can be programmed to shut down boiler operation if an anomaly is detected.
THE GAS BLOCK
The gas block works in your boiler like a valve that authorizes or prevents the flow of gas. In other models of boilers, it can be replaced by a solenoid valve, which is becoming more and more widespread in new models. It is imperative to properly identify this central and very complex part in case you have to change it. There are a wide variety of models that can begin to seriously malfunction after several years of use.
THE CIRCULATOR
The wood/pellet or condensing boiler always includes a circulator. It is a sphere-shaped part that, as its name suggests, promotes the circulation of water or any other heat-transfer liquid that operates in your device. The circulator also has a decisive role in the rise in pressure of the piping, which makes it possible to recover the liquid previously diffused. Among all the spare parts that make up your boiler, the circulator is one of those that break down most frequently. Fortunately, it is also one of the easiest to identify and, therefore, to replace.
